Late 2013 brought us a huge announcement that Disney’s Marvel and Netflix had joined forces to bring four fan favorite characters to the small screen. Led by a series focused on “Daredevil,” “Jessica Jones,” “Iron Fist” and “Luke Cage,” would follow and unfold over multiple years of original programming. Netflix committed to a minimum of four, thirteen episodes series along with a “The Defenders” mini-series event. Finally, after a year of waiting, “Marvel’s Daredevil” has released its first trailer, and we’re intruiged:
From Netflix: “Marvel’s Daredevil” is a live action series that follows the journey of attorney Matt Murdock, who in a tragic accident was blinded as a boy but imbued with extraordinary senses. Murdock sets up practice in his old neighborhood of Hell’s Kitchen, New York where he now fights against injustice as a respected lawyer by day and masked vigilante at night.
